Coronavirus

We at Remarkable Care understand the worry surrounding Covid-19 and the effect it has on everyone. We want to assure you that every possible action is taken to ensure the safety of everyone we support. In addition to our Covid-19 policy we have specific ways of working in place for all of our carers and additional training has been provided. These measures have been put in place to protect both our customers and carers and ultimately to ensure that we can continue to provide high-quality care during these unprecedented times.

We are also encouraging all of our carers and staff to take regular LFT and PCR tests. All staff will ensure that Full PPE is worn during every call and the use of Donning and Doffing is followed correctly.

Personal Care & Support

Our fully trained care workers always deliver Personal Care with kindness, sensitivity and respect every time. You’ll get to know our team and build a relationship built on trust and will look forward to those bath days knowing you will be supported every step of the way:

Dementia Care

In the early stages of dementia, many people are able to enjoy life in the same way as before their diagnosis.
But as symptoms get worse, the person may feel anxious, stressed and scared at not being able to remember things, follow conversations or concentrate.
It's important to support the person to maintain skills, abilities and an active social life. This can also help how they feel about themselves. We have a dedicated team of carers that are fully trained in Dementia to ensure your loved one is supported to live a fulfilled life in the comfort of their own home

End of Life Care

Providing comfort and care for someone at the end of life can be physically and emotionally exhausting. We at Remarkable Care offer support to you, your family and your loved one. The deep pain of losing someone close to you may be softened a little by knowing that, your loved one was well cared for.

Shopping/Collecting Prescriptions

Let our amazing team support you to do those tasks like shopping or even collecting your medication from the pharmacy for you.

Support to attend appointments

Our team will support you to attend your appointments. Whether it's a club, GP or Hospital appointments you are unable to get to. We will stay with you and ensure you are looked after and return you home again so you no longer need to worry.
